Details:	SUMMARY: PNC, PR Follow-up DETAILS: I spoke with Mike about resolving the violations this WS has. The WS has arsenic treatment installed with a conditional approval. One of the conditions of approval is removing the treatment by-pass. Mike was concerned about removing the by-pass due to fire supression concerns for the 4 airport hangars that are served by this system. He will be working with Carrie Gentry to resolve this. Mike is going to take another arsenic sample now to demonstrate the treatment is still working properly. The last sample from 4/13/17 was ND and the current RAA for arsenic is at 0.007 mg/l (below MCL). I also informed Mike that the WS missed the second quarter routine TC sample. He said he would follow up and get one done asap. He is also going to collect another toluene sample. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on plan review final approval and above mentioned monitoring.
