Details: SUMMARY: Repeat TC-positive Alert Follow Up DETAILS: One of 3 repeats and 3 triggered TC-positive. All others absent. This was the "downstream" repeat. Emailed Jeannette level one investigation to complete and return. Suggested taking additional routines in early September (at both locations that were tc-positive) to ensure absent for bacteria. ACTION NEEDED: Level 1 investigation within 30 days.
