Details: SUMMARY: Total Coliform Alert in RT Sample Collected at Lodge Sink DETAILS: Spoke with operator over the phone to remind him to collect 3 repeat samples within 24 hours-- one at the site that tested positive, one within five connections upstream and one within five connections downstream. He was also instructed to collect an additional sample at the well head. ACTION NEEDED: Operator will collect samples on 03/06/2018.
