There were no significant deficiencies found during the survey.

The recommendations and comments noted are as follows :

1. Update coliform sampling plan to reflect the groundwater rule and include well sources in repeats sampling.

2. Submit completed DRC form.

3. Locate the raw sample tap for well #2 closer to the well head to more closely represent the source.

4. Remove AVBs from hose bibs if sampling for bacteria.
