Details:	SUMMARY: Not able to take raw bacti samples DETAILS: Kristin called today to let us know that due to the snow, PWB staff may not be able to gain access to the sampling site for the raw water bacti measurements. According to OAR 333-061-0036(4)(a)(A), they are required to take 5 raw samples per week. Since Monday was a holiday, they did not collect a sample that day. Samples are not normally collected on weekends. If they are not able to get up there Tuesday, they will have to double up one day in order to get the 5 (weeks go Sunday to Saturday). Even though the rule says "samples must be collected on separate days," given the circumstances I told Kristin it would be acceptable to collect 2 samples one day, and one on Saturday this week to get their 5 for the week.
