| Details: | SUMMARY: EC+ at 162nd and NE Stanton DETAILS: Kathy called today to let us know that routine sampling led to a EC+ at 162nd and NE Stanton. This are is NOT fed from any open reservoirs, but directly from Powell Butte. They received the call today, and are collecting repeats immediately, around noon or 1 pm. This sample is close to the end of the pressure zone. One odd thing was that the temperature was higher than normal, 15 degrees. They will also test specific conductance to evaluate for potential cross connection incident. All other tests take Tuesday and Wednesday in the same pressure zone have been negative for total coliform (15 or so per day). PWB is preparing for a boil notice just in case, as is their new protocol, as well as investigating potential causes. ACTION NEEDED: repeat results will be ready about 1pm Friday. | ||
