Details: SUMMARY: TC+ from Reservoir 3 outlet DETAILS: Portland just called to report TC+ at Washington Park reservoir 3 outlet, taken June 23rd. As per their agreement with us they are resampling outlet and two downstream locations to get the required three. In addition they are collecting an "upstream" sample. Repeats will be taken Friday, June 24th. The reservoir was shut off Friday morning at 8:30. ACTION NEEDED: await repeat results.
