Details:	SUMMARY: special lead and copper study under consideration by PWB DETAILS: PWB is considering a special study at Tier 1 homes at different times under different conditions (first draw, x seconds to pull from the meter area etc). After a review of the OARs and EPA guidance, it was determined that : 1) Portland needs to identify to DWP, via email or letter, the specific dates for sampling for the two six months rounds for 2012. 2) Any first draw Tier 1 samples taken during those sampling dates, including those for this study, would count towards the 90th percentile calculation. 3) Any samples not taken during those sampling dates (or those that are not Tier 1, or not first draw) would not count towards the 90th percentile calculation. All sample results must be submitted to DWP and those used for this study must be marked "not for compliance". ACTION NEEDED: None needed at this time.
