Details: SUMMARY: Water Main Break DETAILS: Sarah Spotts called to report a water main break on West Burnside. Break happened at 4 am. Portland Water Bureau is following best management practices and will be issuing a boil water notice to the 50 or so affected services. Bureau is currently repairing the break. ACTION NEEDED: No further action at this time.
